Return Policy/Order Cancellation Stock Sign Orders
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund less the service and restocking fees.
- Call 360-236-1414 or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to let us know that you will be returning products.
- Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return products.
- Returned orders will be assessed 15% restocking fee. Service charge and restocking fee will be deducted from credit card used to place the order. Refund will be issued upon receipt of returned items. Any shipping costs on order will not be refunded.
- Refunds cannot be issued for Custom Orders.
Please note: For refunds to be issued, all signs returned to our plant must be received in condition suitable for resale, so please PACK SIGNS CAREFULLY. Whenever possible, use the original packing materials from SignXing.com. If an error was made by World Famous Sign Co., we will absorb all costs associated with providing you with the correct products
Custom Sign Orders
Custom orders cannot be canceled for a refund once production begins. Production begins with drawings and/or graphics work. We may allow order cancellation after the proof process begins BUT before production. Customer can be subject for the cost of proof. Custom signs cannot be returned for a refund. Please be sure all proofs are accurate before approving them for manufacture. If an error is made by World Famous Sign Co. we accept the responsibility of producing a correct product at no additional cost.
